Equations

If you want to use mathematical equations in your screen (i.e. formulae with superscript and subscript characters) then by far the best method is to use them as a screenshot or image. This is because equations often require specialist fonts, which are not always installed on the trainee's or student's computer.

One approach is to use an equation editor such as MathType and simply save the equation as a GIF file (choose Save As from the File menu, and then select GIF as the file type). This GIF file can then be imported as a picture. Simply press the Picture button in Question Tools Editor and select your equation GIF when the open dialog is displayed.
