StylesThe Style applied to a screen, or a whole survey, lesson or test, determines visual appearance. Styles can make a significant difference to productivity.
When using Question Tools in-house for projects one of the first steps is to create a Style to match the graphical look required — it is by far the most efficient means of meeting a customer's visual expectations. You can find out more about Styles here. TemplatesIf you find yourself creating the same type of question again and again then it might be time to create your own templates. You can find out more about this here. PasteboardThe Pasteboard is a quick means of converting existing text into screens. All you have to do is paste your text into the Pasteboard and then select and drag various portions of text to where you want them to be. You can find out more about using the Pasteboard here. SimpleSetIf you need to create a lot of simple screens (such as multiple choice questions, true/false questions, etc.) then consider using Question Tools SimpleSet. It shares files with Editor, but is primarily text-based, which can make it a faster means of creating a lot of simple screens. You can always add some of the finishing touches in Editor later.
