Create does not work

If you select an item from the Create menu, or one of the buttons from the Create toolbar, then you will normally see a new object (i.e. a new Button, Field, Drag, etc). However, if you have a video on screen, or a feedback is displayed, then your new object may be created behind the video or feedback, and so you will not see it. If you have this problem then try moving any video and hiding any feedbacks you have on screen.
